Järvikumpu, a modern dairy farm in Pello, Western Lapland, is looking for a new owner to continue its operations. The couple who run the farm contacted Joulupukki TV for a cost-effective package comprising a consistent visual identity, a bilingual website, high-quality photographs and social media videos to support the sale.
The website was created in Finnish and English to present the farm to potential international buyers as well. Dutch buyers, for example, have purchased several large farms in northern Scandinavia in recent years.
Joulupukki TV designed a consistent visual identity and logo for the farm using Google’s Nano Banana Pro image tool. The bilingual website was built with Lovable. Photo processing and video editing were carried out using Adobe software.
A dedicated Facebook page, YouTube channel and Instagram account were created to market the farm, featuring promotional videos in both portrait and landscape formats. During the first three days, the videos received a combined total of over 30,000 views across social media channels without paid advertising.
